Your initial assessment cannot be booked online.

After your first visit, you will be able to use our online booking site.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

The initial assessment is usually 1 hour.

Dr. Floyd will ask you about your medical history and goals in seeking chiropractic care.

A chiropractic treatment is often included in the assessment, depending on your situation.

After the initial, regular appointments are usually only 10-15 minutes.

For your initial appointment, please:

Complete your paperwork through your online portal*

Wear comfortable/flexible clothes

Bring your insurance information, if applicable

*(in-person paperwork option available upon request)

Need to reschedule?

Please contact the office more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule your initial assessment.

If your visit is related to a workplace injury or car accident, we are unable to provide a program of care.

Our office is not registered with WSIB or MVA insurance.
